Barbells & Ergs is a high-energy performance class built around the foundations of strength and engine. These sessions combine progressive barbell work with conditioning on the SkiErg, RowErg and BikeErg to develop real, transferable fitness, strength, power, and endurance that carries over into HYROX, strength sport and everyday performance.
