Our HYROX Classes are built around structured, race-style training that develops strength, engine, and work capacity.
Each session combines running, functional movements, and conditioning, giving you a well-rounded approach that prepares you for real performance, not just workouts.
Our classes are suitable for all levels, whether you’re completely new to HYROX or preparing to compete. Every session can be scaled or progressed, allowing you to train hard while maintaining movement quality and efficiency.

You’ll be coached, supported, and pushed by both the coaching team and the community around you.
