CrossFit Classes

Our CrossFit classes are coach-led sessions designed to build real strength, fitness and resilience. Each class combines functional movements such as lifting, pulling, pushing, running and bodyweight exercises to develop strength, endurance and overall athletic performance. Every workout is different, keeping training challenging, engaging and effective.

A typical class includes a guided warm-up, a strength or skill section to develop technique, followed by the Workout of the Day (WOD) where you put your fitness to the test in a structured workout. Sessions finish with a cool-down to aid recovery and mobility.

All workouts are scalable, meaning whether you are new to training or an experienced athlete, the session can be adapted to your level while still delivering results. Expect expert coaching, a supportive environment and training that pushes you to become stronger, fitter and more capable.
