SANCTUS HYROX PERFORMANCE
Sanctus HYROX Performance is our dedicated race-preparation membership designed for athletes who want structured, progressive training with a clear purpose.
This programme includes:
• Two HYROX-specific sessions per week
• Two kettlebell strength sessions per week
Each week is carefully programmed to develop the strength, engine capacity and technical skill required to perform confidently in a HYROX SIM or race environment.
HYROX sessions focus on race-specific conditioning, compromised running, sled work, station efficiency and pacing strategy. Kettlebell sessions build foundational strength, grip endurance, core stability and unilateral control which is essential for improving performance under fatigue.
Delivered inside an Official HYROX Gym, sessions are led by a HYROX-trained coach alongside a competitive HYROX racer who understands the physical and tactical demands of race day.
This is not random conditioning.
It is progressive, performance-driven training designed to keep preparation structured, challenging and fresh.
