Saturday Standard

Our Saturday Standard class is a 90-minute CrossFit session designed to help athletes develop strength, skill and overall fitness.

The first part of the class focuses on movement quality and skill development. This may include barbell technique, gymnastics work or refining key CrossFit movements so athletes can continue progressing safely and confidently.

The second part of the session moves into structured strength training, followed by the Workout of the Day, where athletes apply what they have worked on in a challenging but rewarding workout.

This class is ideal for members who want more time to refine technique, build strength and finish the week with a hard training session alongside the community.

Open to all abilities. All movements and loads are fully scalable, allowing beginners and experienced athletes to train together while working at the appropriate level.
