Friday Night Lights – Open Season Starts Now
It starts tonight.
From 27.02.2026, Friday Night Lights becomes something special. For the next few weeks, we take on the biggest global functional fitness challenge of the year. Together.
The lights drop. The music rises. The gym floor becomes a competition arena.
Each week, a new workout is released. No one knows what’s coming. That’s the point. Strategy, grit, composure and heart all get tested. You’ll throw down in live heats, with judges, standards and a room full of people behind you from your first rep to your last.
This isn’t about being elite.
It’s about stepping up.
Every workout will have scaled, intermediate and RX options, so every Sanctus member can take part. Whether it’s your first season or you’ve done this for years, Friday Night Lights is about progress, courage and community.
